Gentleman called by the name of Mark Anderson and claimed that he was with the IRS.  Mr. Anderson told the consumer that she owed money to the Federal Government and if she did not agree to his terms, then the Sheriff would come pick her up and take her to jail.  When the consumer reported that her only income was a modest social security check, Mr. Anderson hung up the telephone.  The consumer then called Mr. Anderson back using the number on her caller ID.  Another gentleman answered the telephone.  When the consumer asked for Mr. Anderson, the gentleman on the telephone hung up.
