The number showed up as Unknown Name on Oct. 13, 2015 at 3;10pm. The number was 360-232-5888. The message was This call is officially a final notice from IRS Internal Revenue Service, the reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing a lawsuit against you, to get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number 360-232-5888 Repeat 360-232-5888. Thank you and hung up. I did not call the number, but I went online to TIGTA and filled out the complaint form. Thank you
