I received a text on my phone on the messenger from the number 1-678-810-7462 He told me to go an buy (200.00) ebay card and another (200.00) and took a picture and text him called the agent now he wants 3000.00 to receive a grant I told him he is not getting another dime from me he sends me scripture telling he didn't rip me off I beg to differ. I called the number and he answered I'm just so sad that I went for it I'm trying to open a cafeteria at my cupcake business the money he stated the Grant would take care of and my Cousin sent me a picture of the Fed X box of her receiving her winnings.

I have all the text messages the the so called agent now tells me the Im a Winner
