Some foreign guy call me saying that I had some written some bad check, they tried calling me before and I never call them back.  So, they are going to put me in jail if I don't pay them right a way.  I ask him why didn't bank call me? What is my case number do you have on me?  He hung up on me.

The call was an automated call. Said it was the IRS investigating a fraud case against me. Said I needed to contact them immediately. The number was 530-200-8004. This number shows on the scam list from Redding, CA.
