Received a message on my home phone answering machine from "Office Gavin Smith with the IRS Department". Message informed me that the IRS has issued a warrant for my arrest (no name given as to whom in my household the warrant is for) and went on to say that my physical address is under investigation (caller did not identify my address specifically). I was asked to call him back today ("it's very important") at 530-815-0726 (that number shows up on my caller ID as: Chico CA) to hear the details of my case. I assume if I called him back, he would tell me I owe money to the "IRS Department". I didn't fall for the scam.
