I was contacted by phone. It was a message telling me to call a phone number to the IRS office to find out why I am under arrest if I do not pay "back taxes" because there are discrepancies on my taxes from 2009 to 2014. If I do not pay $3,986.00 then I will be arrested and sent to prison for 15 years. The number that I was told to call was 509-228-8008. As a side note the message is in an American accent, but the people that you talk to are from India.
