Type of a scam Tax Collection
I know it was some kind of a scam, because the IRS does not arrest people without notifying you by mail first and giving you 30 days to comply.
The number they gave me is 502-712-4664 . I did a quick search and the number is from Louisville, KY. So I searched all the numbers for the IRS in Kentucky and none of them matched. To the best of my knowledge the number is a cell phone and has nothing to do with the IRS.
