A lady, calling from a cell phone in Haddon Heights N J, saying she was from the IRS, and if we did not call her back immediately, legal action would be taken. When I called, she asked what phone number are you calling from? She then asked to speak to Arleen, my wife,. After a few minutes minutes, my wife told her that she couldn't be named in any legal action because she files her taxes with mine, and she said said she had to check her notes, and would call us back. Days went by and she never called back. We called her back and the number was disconnected. This wasn't her first call. It was continuing but from different cell phone numbers. I've had a lot of calls recently just like this, I call the number, and it's always disconnected.
