This is regarding that IRS scam. I'm getting these regularly now - I thought I'd let you know what phone #'s I'm getting them from. I only have a cell phone - no home phone. I don't answer unknown phone #'s so these left voicemails.

I received one call from each of the above listed phone #'s on September 30, 2016. One in the morning at 9:30 am; one in the evening at 5:30 pm. Each was a recording - the one in the morning was a man's voice - the one in the evening was a woman's voice. The morning call said either I or my criminal attorney should contact the IRS asap......; the evening call said something about the IRS...... . I don't listen if they're fake so I just delete them.

I have received 5 calls today from someone saying they are with the IRS and there is a lawsuit against me because i owe 2,081.00 in unpaid tax. The calls come from 580-563-7081. The caller is a foreign sounding man with a threatening voice. He says they have sent 35 letters to my mail box in an attempt to collect the back tax. There is a mail slot in my door and I have never received a letter from the IRS. He said I am never there to receive the mail but it can just be put in the mail slot. I know this is a scam because I get refunds and do not owe tax. I just want the calls to stop

I had a call from Officer Eric Johnson badge number 101013 of the IRS from telephone number 502-226-1098. He gave me a case number 40816 said a miscalculation on my taxes from 2008-2013 meant I had taxes dues. They had issued a warrant for my arrest. I asked for something in writing to prove I owed taxes or else do not call me back.

I received a call saying this was my last warning that a IRS lawsuit had been filed against me. My telephone caller ID just read private caller. When i tried re-dial it would not connect. I do not owe the IRS.
