I hadnt received a package and tried to reach out to alledged vendor. they use multiple emails like [email protected] and [email protected] . I reached out to them to get some type of information on where exactly it was delivered. They didnt help at a and just stated to make a claim with usps. i did that and received a call from them today. That is how i found out that the "package" they apparently sent was "letter sized" and only 32oz. their website is now not coming up anymore. I have made a dispute with my bank. THey are in china.
