I placed an order on 7/5/2020, for 2 ea. camping folding chair with [email protected], order #IR241491. On August 25th, I emailed them asking where are my chairs?
August 28th, received an email thanking me for signing up for an account with them, but no response to the chairs I ordered.

on 7/11/2020 I ordered one chair and have not recd anything! I sent them an email requesting information or a refund. No reply to either. Ordered off of facebook.
This stupid website wont even let you post your complaint unless you sign into their website. Isnt any body honest in this world!

I ordered 2 Canopy Folding Chairs. All I received was 2 chair bags that these chairs were suppose to go into. Never received the chairs. Lost dispute through PayPal because I declined to send the bags back to China when they came from CA. The image below is what I had ordered. I set up an account so I could track order but my account can't be found & the image I have below is no longer listed on their site.

On July 1 or 2, I ordered 3 beach canopy chairs. The ad posted 50% off. I placed the order via Pay Pal and received confirmation and order number IR216539. I've sent numerous emails to [email protected] and to date no response received. I did receive with my order number from China 3 very small blue bags which each could hold two rolled up newspapers end to end. My order was in response to a Facebook offer - Never again. Is there anything I can do to recover my $60 payment?

PayPal keep putting our dispute case back, they must have been inundated with people wanting a refund from these scammers.

I also ordered as many shared two canvas folding chairs with canopy through a company AmiCloud. I paid for my chairs via PayPal Aug. 3rd and received a confirmation. I paid $39.98. I received a tracking email and 4 weeks later I only received by mail two canvas bags small enough to carry the canopy. I disputed and opened a case with Paypal and they contacted the seller to no only reply providing me the same tracking # of the canvas bags. Paypal closed the case. I emailed the contact provided by Paypal and they have not responded. This is definitely a scam from China.

Advertisement popped up offering chairs. After order and your money has been deducted from credit card or pay pal,company sends tracking info to you on delivery info. 5-6 weeks later you get 2 bags and no chairs. No phone number or further info on company and emails site are never delivered or responded to. Finding out many others have been scammed as well. These people need to be stopped and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

I ordered 3 lawn chairs with canopy the 1st part of July. received email stating shipment from order # IR242433 was on the way, with a tracking number that I could never use. Item received middle of July was small blue bags that would not hold only a dolls chair. They also smelt very musty or moldy strong odor! When I received the pkg. the last 4 numbers of the tracking was the same as I was given when purchased but the other numbers were all different. I returned it. Have sent emails with no reply. I will be sending a letter to the address I have taken from what was sent and BBB. As most I work hard for my money and I have told them I want my money back! Please can anyone help me with this?

Can someone send me there actual address . Are they from China? or just a jerk that knows how to screw America. I am Not the only one caught up in this SCAM look on line there are many people who have fallen for this same SCAM.
Come on America lets STOP SCAMS like this and make them pay!

I also ordered 2 of the canvas bags from Facebook Ad on July 4th. Have not received anything! Tracked the package. It went to Miami FL because it had the wrong zip code printed on it (Their mistake, not mine). Thus, the package is now enroute back to China. I paid with PayPal. Does anyone know the procedure to file a complaint with PayPal and also Facebook?

Same situation for me. Ordered two chairs with canopy and received two small blue covers for what I don't know. Lost $39.98. Advertisers of these type of products should be held responsible for this. They placed the ads on their site without background checks apparently.
