My pymt. is due on the 27th of every month. On May 26th, I tried to make a pymt and was told that my pymt. was past due and that my pymt for April 27th was paid on May 1st ,but the bank reversed the pymt and therefore they didn't receive a pymt. for April. They said they sent me a letter of suspension and that I need to call my bank to see what's going on. I called my bank and they did pay it on May 1st,but that Direct tv had tried 3 other times(May 3,5 and 9). When I made my pymt on April 27th, I received a receipt from them saying the pymt was "successfully processed". My husband gets SSD and we live on a budget. He gets pd the 3rd week of the month. They suspended my cable, then charged me a $25.00 reconnection fee. I always pay once monthly, and even though the bank paid April pymt, they charged me$303.00. Now because they attempted to collect and were unsuccessful, they no longer will use the bank acct I had on file with them. They made me use my Debit card. I can get proof from the bank saying they paid in April, but I don't have an address for them and if I ask to speak to someone they come up with excuses. They don't listen to what I try to tell them. I am at my wits end, but I am extremely bothered by all of this because now I am out of money and I'm gonna have to borrow money for our medications. Plz help me, my mother has also had the same problem with them. Thk u for ur time.
