Total scam! They even try to threaten you with legal issues if you don’t pay them more money. Iquelogistics and painkillers.com are they same company. There’s no actual shipping company, it’s all just a scam.

Yeah, same thing here. Made an online purchase, was sent the tracking number for this place. It all seemed legit. But then day of supposed arrival there was a threatening email for a "paperwork" fee that was missing and they needed $1250 to take care of it, but they insisted the fee was refundable. Um, okay? I paid, like an [censored]. Then next day there was another threatening email but this time it was an "insurance" fee for $4250! But again, totally refundable! LOL

Here is where it becomes obvious it's a scam. The "fees" are payable to the shipper not the shipping company. The shipper then supposed to pay the shipping company, I guess?

If you start throwing up any sort of resistance to these fees or calling it out as a scam you get ever more threatening text messages from the shipper and emails from the shipping company.

I think the shipper and the shipping company are the same person.

I'm out about $2000 now including the cost of the original purchase.

Exact same experience for me. Paid money and was forwarded tracking code. Package was suddenly put on hold and I was contacted via email in a threatening tone that I needed to purchase insurance. It is all a big fraud. The seller and the shipper is all one in the same person looking to make more money on items that were never shipped in the first place.

Ordered material and this company was used. I was initally assured that this was the final and total cost by the seller. Additional insurance and customs costs (both refundable) were then added. Paid the the insurance but cecame suspicious
