I wanted to find out my IQ and paid the $1 that was asked to receive the results. After I made the payment, I checked my email for further information about my results, as advertised on the website, and received nothing. I gave it some time, nothing has come. I checked my bank account and I was charged $29.95. The website did say there were payments due in 7 days but it stated clearly $1 was due initially. I tried to delete the account I created to prevent future charges but there’s no where to log in on the website. I called to get help deleting my account and was disconnected after I chose the option to speak to someone about account issues. Immediately after the call was dropped, I received a text saying it was deleted. I can’t be sure that I won’t be charged again though because there is seemingly no way to get through to a representative.
