Joseph Zakrajsek (iQor Company +1 984 213 2575) contacted me by text stating that they would like to interview me and that he would set up an appoint with their HR Department for an Office Support position. This information probably came through LinkedIn as I was applying for positions through their website. He set me up with Mrs. Mary Thomas (IQor Vision & Global Transformation +1 610 776 9708). She had me download Telegram and then conducted an extensive interview via text messaging. Once "hired," they sent me a check to set up my home office. The check was for $3,569.10 and I was told that once I received it, I was to deposit it and then reach out to their vendor to purchase the equipment. Due to the storms in the east, the FedEx package never arrived. So, she had the package returned and then the company issued me an e-check which I deposited in my account. The credit union fraud department contacted me and let me know that they do not honor e-checks and that this one looked suspicious. I wrote Mrs. Mary Thomas and she said she'd look into it and I have not heard a thing from her since.
