I was sent correspondence in the mail alerting me that my 401K from a previous employer was transferred to this company and then converted to an IRA. I was told to go to their website and "Take Action" to withdraw my funds. I filled out all appropriate paperwork and then attempted to auto submit through their secured portal. Once I hit the "Sign Document" button to generate my forms, the website does nothing. I attempted to call them multiple times and was told by a gentlemen names "Sam" that I could simply fill out the pdf forms that he sent me and then email them back. I filled out these forms and sent them back via email. I have sent multiple emails to which they have been unresponsive. I have no way of retrieving this information or the supposed funds and fear they have stolen my bank and my personal information in order to obtain my retirement savings.
