We received 4 ipads from AT&T without having ordered them. About a half hour after receiving them in the mail, we received a phone call from a man claiming to be from fedex (maybe UPS?), saying that the ipads had been delivered by mistake and they would come and pick them up immediately. This never happens with our delivery system, and my boss had the thought that it must be a fraud situation. We called the police and did not give the ipads to the man who came to pick them up. We still currently have the ipads and have been attempting to return them to AT&T. We have filed multiple fraud reports, but no one has contacted us about them in over 2 months. We keep receiving past due bills in the mail for the ipads, but no one we talk to on the phone seems to be able to answer the question of how we get these ipads back to AT&T and off of the fake account the scammer set up in our business name.
