The words “ios” in the name lead you to believe this is a reputable company associated with Apple products. After placing my order Nov 30 I received an order confirmation stating shipping would happen in 5-10 days due to high volume demand. It wasn’t until Dec 22 I received another notice that shipping was taking longer than normal due to high demand. After repeated attempts to contact and cancel I was only given email responses stating shipping would happen in 4-6 days. After 5 such emails I concluded I would never get the products I ordered. I then found reviews on their FB page all stating the same thing. I should have done some research and that’s obviously my fault. But so frustrating that these types of scams continue.
