After attempting to purchase a pair of sneakers from inxxofficial.com, I noticed the transaction history on my PayPal and cc statements did not reflect the name of a business, but the name of an individual. I contacted the merchant and requested a refund and filed a dispute w/ PayPal. The merchant advised me not to "worry" and that my refund would be processed on Monday morning. After the merchant discovered that a claim was filed against them, I was contacted via email and text message and advised to close the dispute, provide proof of the cancellation (screenshot) in order to be refunded immediately or wait "7-15 business days for PayPal to refund you". I informed the merchant that I would not be closing the dispute and the matter could be resolved by them promptly issuing a refund. The merchant continued to withhold issuing a refund until I closed my claim. Upon creating this complaint in BBB, I discovered that the zip code provided in the email for the location of the business is, also, invalid. Do not purchase from this site.
