We received an email (from Squareup) that said an invoice email bounced from our company to a customer with our information and the customer. Then another email arrived stating there was an attempt to charge a credit card that failed. The attached invoice reflected our company name, address, phone number and email address. It listed services and pricing, that were similar but not accurate. The customer information was in the invoice as well, which was not a current customer of ours and doesn't live in our area. We did locate the customer and had a phone call with her and she said that her credit card number and fraud on it recently and she had closed the card recently.
