A text message was sent to my phone number from what appeared to be a person I knew with a contact number in Idaho of a financial investment company. The "personal" shared the opportunity to make $500. I texted the company's number and the dialogue began. The company would send me a check for $2000 if I sent them $1500 which looked like a return of $500 on my "investment". The check was sent to my email address. I deposited it into my bank. They said to send $1000 via venmo and $500 via paypal. As soon as I sent those two transactions the $2000 that was in my bank disappeared. (I've attached one of the text messages but I have another
