I was scammed out of a vehicle and in the process it was destroyed I sued and won a sum far less than what was damaged. I was told he would pay me 6,000 to use my Sprinter as an office space and place to sleep outside of his warehouse for 6 months while he worked on his lighting systems late at night. He ended up taking it across country and I couldn't report it stolen because I had voluntarily given him the keys. Caused 15,000 in damages and put 12,000 miles on it along with many unpaid tickets and toll booth violations. I also know that I have multiple friends who have invested tens of thousands in his business, one up to 150k, who have asked for their money back and has refused. He is still fund raising but is solely using the money for personal expenses such as travel, partying, rent, ect..... He has been taking orders for products but not delivering and not messaging people back. I thought he would have filed bankruptcy by now but I hear more and more people are still investing in his company under the guise that he is building lighting systems still but he is just doing this until he can't do it anymore.
