Purchased two shirts for diabetes awareness from Introducelm through Facebook ad. Sent an email that I would be charged $58.97USD, then immediately got another email saying USD 70.76 has been approved and the transaction will appear as Introducelm UK on your bank statement. Items arrived about a month later. One shirt was the wrong shirt and the other was so poor of quality. the stitching was uneven, and the helm was cut apart. I contacted the company and was given links that expired by the time I opened them. The company offered to refund me 2USD.
