I purchased a sweatshirt. They overcharged me. I contacted support and they refunded the amount over charged. It took a month to receive the item and after the very first wash the letters of the sweatshirt began to peel off. I contacted customer service and they refused to refund me. Went as far as to tell me if I don't like it, I should give it to a friend.
