Online store order was placed September 22, 2023. Tracking information never updated and then showed delivered October 29, 2023. I contacted their customer service on October 29, 2023, when the order still had not arrived. Their response was that I could pay pay more and have the product shipped again. I asked for a refund and they said they could not refund my full amount. I reiterated that the package never arrived and I waited ample time for it to show up after the delivery notification. They responded that nothing could be done without me paying more money. I informed my credit card company and now am reporting this poor business practice.
