Ordered an unusually discounted inflatable kayak from the website. Paid through PayPal. No confirmation or tracking info received. No email address/phone number on website. PayPal identified the transaction sent to email address [email protected]. I emailed this address and received reply in poor English with Chinese writing on the bottom. It said to “be patient” and refused to confirm the purchase or provide tracking. I filed a dispute with PayPal and had my money refunded in 10 days. The website is still up and running.
