My wife saw an advertisment on Facebook for Intex inflatable kayaks on November 16. Because they were advertised at a reasonably discounted price and were an item which she wanted to get as gifts for family members she went to the website and after reviewing all the information purchased 3 items using PayPal. On November 20 we received a notice from PayPal that the seller reported the items had been shipped by FedEx and gave us a tracking number. On November 22, we received another notice from PayPal confirming the shipment and the tracking number. With that information, we went to the FedEx tracking website to check the status of the shipment. The status page showed that the package had been delivered on November 21 at 11:29 am. Since we had been home all day Saturday, we knew that no package had been delivered at our home. There was a signature of a person listed as receiving the package who does not live at our address and is not someone we know. I also received a notice giving another tracking number for the same shipment. When we checked this on the FedEx tracking website, it showed the package was delivered on November 19 at 10:52 and signed by someone else who we do not know. When I called FedEx they were able to tell me that the delivery address for the Tracking Number did not correspond to our address. It was in Boise but it was for a business. Due to security reasons they would not give the any additional information. I have sent an email to the address listed by PayPal as belonging to the seller, requesting additional information but have not received a response.
