Is Julisem an authorized dealer of intex products as they are advertising on FB at really low pricing but I can find no info on JULISEM anywhere?

This was a too good to be true encounter. I hadn't been in this situation until now. I clicked purchase on their website. When no confirmation from their website, I went to paypal which I trust and where PayPal said payment went was to another name. Me thinking it was someone within sellers company but no. Next attempt is paypal to help as well. Please help me.
