I ordered a dress that I never received and also never received shipping information for. I decided to have my bank dispute the charge. Charge was disputed and I received my money back. Months later this Intertwine sent something to my bank having the dispute reversed for an item they knew I did not receive. The item didn't even ship. I was told yesterday by this company that they would be able to refund me my money once the dispute was finalized. The dispute was already finalized. Your company sent something to my bank after that to reverse it. I tried to have a private conversation with you through dm's and when I told you that something was sent to my bank, you stopped responding. How does taking money from someone when you know they didn't receive the merchandise even sit well with you? You needed my $144 that damn bad? I still don't have the dress or the shipping information. Then you tried to offer me a completely different dress because you knew you took my money. #badbusiness
