I ordered the device-received it but it was not preloaded with internet service. I paid for 800 gb-nothing. Now there’s no phone number for customer service. All has to be don through internet-which I don’t have because it’s not on my device. Took 3 days for them to repond by email. By now I just want to send back because I’ve figured out you cannot find any phone numbers, addresses nothing. I tell them I want to send back because their customer service is horrible. Nope they load my device. I never tried it because I figured it would give them another reason not to take back and issue refund. Finally 3 days later sent me label to return. Now in the meantime I had talked to credit card company and they put temporary credit on my card til I could get a refund. Then I get email saying they received device but couldn’t issue refund until credit card charged back from my dispute. I contacted credit card had dispute lifted. Charges back on my card. Now a month later still no refund. One person emails we got it will take 3-5 days, then we never received. Just back and forth. Just a scam to keep my money. Nothing but a headache. Save yourself and do not purchase it!
