International Seal Coating & Paving out of 19334 Plantain Drive, Katy, TX 77449, Owners are: Johnny Costello, Phone Number (409) 988-5921 and George Gonzales, Phone Number (832) 771-4656. These guys drove up and said that there drive way needed to be seal, and the were going to charge me $7400.00 but I pay them $2000.00. I told them I didn't have The $7400.00 in my checking. They said the would call to see when they could pick it up. Later I got to thinking about it, you call a friend of their's that was in the business and he can, check out our drive-way, told us it was $500.00 job. So that when they she found out the cash the $2000.00 check and I went to the back Monday morning of Dec. 21st and stop the check for the rest the money. Now their calling back to see what happen.
