They were to help me navigate the difficult process of getting my 2 dogs to australia from the US. They initially worked closely with my vet and gave me initial paper work. I paid $1500 upfront on my credit card. Then they stopped answering my calls, my vets calls and my emails. I have failed to make important deadlines for my pets moving to australia with us. They sent an email last night stating they are "bankrupt" and gave all my info to another company (SS# passport, cc info) with no mention of refund. How do I stop this?
