I have been scammed. A friend sent me a message on Facebook Messenger. The message stated Hi I think I have something to help you out financially. Contact this person James Roberson online claims agent for International Monetary Funding Program. I texted him. He had sent an initial text. I went on the website. They were offering a grant. If I sent $325 I would receive a $20,000 grant. James Roberson began texting me. He advised me to get the Amazon Gift Cards for the processing fee. Peel the code and then send a picture by text. He advised me to go to Walgreens to get the Amazon Gift Cards. I purchased three $100 gift cards. I sent that to them. They said in order to get the money I would have to pay taxes. I went and got three more gift cards for $100 each. They keep texting me for $50 to pay attorney fees. My friend had stated that she received received money. I know I am being scammed. I do not have their phone number. I also gave my name and address to verify my information.
