I bought a one year gift subscription online at www.imsnews.com for Viz Magazine on February 24, 2021 for $54.98 USD. There was an error message after the Visa credit card transaction online, so I e-mailed customer service at [email protected] per their website to confirm the transaction went through & "April" replied apologising for the confusion & stated the transaction went through perfectly. April confirmed the details of the giftee address & that the issue would start with #305 & end with #314 & on March 11, 2021 April stated to allow two weeks for delivery from the UK. Unfortunately, no issues of the magazine have ever arrived to date, today which is June 12, 2021. I e-mailed IMS news customer support on June 11, 2021, at the same e-mail at which I had exchanged e-mails with April, to look into the issue of not receiving any magazine delivered & if this could not be corrected, I asked for a refund of what I paid, $54.98 USD.
