I ordered a product from Texas, they said it was $115 shipping which was fine. They shipped product then received an email from International Express Carrier demanding $279 before delivery. I then asked why and they said it was a shipping and delivery fee that they needed before they would deliver - (I had paid that when I ordered the product). We went round and round regarding this fee and they said pay it or else no delivery. I contacted the company that I ordered from and they resent with a different carrier and that one also was a scam to get $500. There is no phone number to be found on their website.
