The scammers send a recorded message to my (your) phone that states that the IRS has an arrest warrant issued for me (you) and that I need to call them back at 772-212-8914 ASAP to avoid being arrested or having other legal action taken against me(you). I did not call the number as this was an obvious scam although it gives me concern as someone who is gullible/paranoid/elderly etc.could be taken in by these crooks. I wish there was a way to put these people in jail!
