I'm giving out this information to all persons to know if you get a Robo call stating it 's the I.R.S stating they are filing a law suit against you. The best thing is to not answer the call. The phone numbers i have written down all appear as Unknown caller on the caller I.D. So that should be a Red Light for anyone

The representative lady wanted me to identify myself to pull up my file. so I told her I had to check with ScamPulse.com first. As soon as I told them I was going to check with ScamPulse.com first to see if this company really is calling me from the IRS they hung up.

The recorded message I saved said "This message is for YOU" (stressed). Apparently, I have a problem with my taxes and should call the IRS about it. The caller's English was poor.  I live and work in Canada, by the way.

I received a suspicious email, supposedly from the Internal Revenue Service, notifying me that I must complete a W-8BEN form for non-residents with US assets. The form looked very legit but did contain a few minor errors. The accompanying letter requested a photocopy of my passport. I did not respond, and I pressed "bounce & block" but got a message that it was undeliverable.
