Man called one of my clients said that he was David Miller with the IRS at ext.109. told client that there was mistakes on their returns from 2013, 2014, 2015 . I stopped my client there, and informed them that if there was an issue with any of their returns that the IRS would send a certified letter first. The IRS dose not call unless you already have a case open with them.

I called the # 347-298-8820 and asked for David Miller. the man who answered asked for mine I did not give it to him. He hung up on me. I called back asked for David Miller at ext.109. he put me on hold came right back on said this is David Miller at ext.109 ...he didn't even change his voice. I asked his why he was calling my client. he said he was the IRS. I said the IRS does not call. he said "you don't tell me how I contact people ." I asked to please stop scamming people and said I would report him.
