I purchased and paid the entire price for a customized sectional couch. I was promised that it was in production and then ready and being shipped from Asia, then the deadline kept getting pushed and pushed and finally I received notice that the order would not be fulfilled and that I would not be refunded any of my money. I am confused as a purchase/receipt is a form of a contract.
