I went Into this location as a new patient. They tried to get me to sign a treatment plan where the prices for services were over double what my insurance plan is. I called my insurance to double check, and they informed me that Gentle Dental was indeed trying to over charge me. They also attempted to add on unneeded services that aren’t covered by insurance. The attached document shows what they tried to charge me, and in color is what the prices should have been. Reviews on multiple sites have people complaining about being over charged here. They definitely need to be investigated.
