I responded to an email to be a Secret Shopper. In the late 1980's I had done this for Pizza Hut. I thought it was an easy way to make some spending cash. I received an email that said I had qualified to do a Wal-Mart to Wal-Mart money wire transaction. I check out IntelliShop and it is a real business so it never occurred to me that it would be something other than what I thought. I received the check for $1680.00 and deposited it to my account. I then followed the instruction to send $1300.00 to Steve Lamy located in Houston TX. I did that on March 30, 2017. Today the bank informed me that the check was "stolen" and they deducted the funds from my account. I am 70 years old and do live on a fixed income. This is quite a blow!
