Intelligent Networks has been sending us bogus invoices for services we have not, and would not ever purchase. They have harassed my office manager by calling and demanding payment and telling her she ordered the service. Something she would not and is not authorized to do. As such we have blocked their number and they continue to call from alternative numbers to try and collect on their fake invoice. They claim to have recordings of my office manager purchasing their service. The recordings they chose to play for us were unintelligible. When they do not get what they want they threaten my office manager by saying they will report our company to "collections". We have never signed contracts with this company nor would we. This is clearly a fake invoice scam and they continue to mail them to us and are now adding late fees. Both on the BBB website and on Yelp their are multiple warnings about this company and its scam. In addition to posting here we plan on forwarding this to the US Postmaster General's office in an effort to report mail fraud as well as reporting the scam to our state's Attorney General's office and the Attorney General's office for their home state of New York.
