This entity called my 93 year old mother's phone claiming to be collecting on old debts. Now my mother was never the best financial manager and with her recent physical decline I was paying off old debts:credit card, mail order purchases. So I was primed for debt collectors coming out of the woodwork. These guys discounted old bills, taking off fees, claimed it was Barclays Bank, which it may have been since with the "tax Reform" Act of 2017 a lot of zombie debts reappeared for my Mom. So I paid the $895 which was not out of line with many of her old debts and I received a bogus looking letter saying paid in full. So I was perfectly pried for more debt collector calls, upset with my mother's recent decline and boy was I was duped. Never take these calls. Just ask for a number and call them back!
