Contacted on Thursday 10.8.15 by a Phony Debt Collector 855-218-7378 and 855-209-1888 [email protected]. He then contacted my mother on 10.13.15 at 12:45 pm. The address they are using is 3840 E Robinson Rd, Ste 224, Amherst, NY 14228. The caller said we owe $365, but they'll take $200. They asked how he wanted to take care of it today. The caller was very nasty. I requested verification of the debt. Then I received an email. he said if I didn't pay it, my credit score would go down. The original voice mail statesthis Sonya Curry, our office has... intends on pursuing this charge against to avoid civil action you must call us immediately.
