Approx. $25,000 per load for 2 refused loads - They attempted to refuse 5 loads but fought them on 3 of them (Customer Refuses Loads and won't let the Carriers make it acceptable for approval, just charges them $20,000+ for the entire load & have email chain to prove it. They don't honor detention or layovers as well. They are obviously running a Transportation Scam cheating Drivers/Carriers/Brokers out of their earned money.
