This woman named Rachel has called my phone repeatedly asking to speak to my mother concerning a legal matter. I pushed the issue and she informs me that they plan to send my mother court summons and sue her if she didn't pay back a payday loan. I couldn't find the company or address. But it sounds super sketchy that a legal services company would call asking about a payday loan she never did, and furthmore, warn her that she would be served papers on a specific day.
