I was contacted by Integra student services for a forgiveness program. I paid for 2 years, my student loan payments were zero but now i cant contact them for recertification. I am on social security and I cannot afford to pay another company for this program. help! my name is holly locke,

Integra Student Services informed me in 2017 that they could assist me with my student loan payments. They said they could lower my payments and they would charge me $49.00 per month to take care of all of the paperwork and to re-certify it each year. This year it came time to re-certify an I could not reach them to complete the paperwork. I attempted to reach them by phone and they have changed their phone number (with nothing listed on-line to contact them). I attempted to email them and it was kicked back stating that domain was not longer good. I have now had to contact Fed Loan to take care of re-certifying my loan myself (at a higher rate) and Integra (or as it is listed on my bank statement: Equitableacceptaloanpay) is STILL taking their portion out of my account each month. I contacted my bank to put a stop on the payment each month, because this agency has done NOTHING to assist me, and the bank stated they did. I checked this morning and the payment was taken out but in a different amount. The bank stated that is how they got around it. The bank can put a stop on a payment for a certain amount ONLY and this place took a different amount out!! This entire thing is sickening to me!! I now have no way to contact Integra OR Equitableacceptaloanpay to put a stop to these payments! SO on top of having to do all of the paperwork though Fed Loan myself, with a higher monthly payment, I still have this agency taking money out of my account for doing NOTHING!!! SCAM!!! I am spending so much time trying to prevent this agency from taking MY money and I am having zero luck! BEWARE!

This company charged me $1,377 to help consolidate my student loans and also to continue to submit annual paperwork for income drive repayment plan on my behalf for 3 years to department of education and also promised that if I kept up payments my loans would be forgiven after 10yrs. I signed up with them in 2017, last year when it was time to recertify, it took multiple calls and emails but they eventually got in touch with me and filed the paper work late, thereby having to put me in a period of forbearance. It is time to recertify again and this time they cannot be reached. I have called their listed number and emailed all the people that had corresponded with me in the past and I am yet to receive a response. I see there are so many complaints with the same story listed on here about them and they always come back with a response but cant seem to respond to emails. I called my loan servicer and they told me that I am not in any program that indicates my loans will be forgiven. The other phony company (equitable acceptance) they are using to withdraw monthly payments of $49 from my account says they have no contact information for them but I believe they are in it together. I called the federal credit commission and was told equitable acceptance is under investigation as well.

I was contacted by integra student services, they made everything sound so nice and they convinced me to sign a contract with them I been paying for 2 years 41 dollars, they are very rude and unprofessional. Several months ago, one of their members sent me a friend request on social media ( huh how professional) I went through his page and I came to find out that he was in jail and had the ankle bracelet on, probably because of the scams that they make. I want to warn people to not get involved with this INTEGRA STUDENT SERVICE!!! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM. I did some research and found out that they lie about their contracts and now they have all my information and I am afraid that they will sale it to some other companies. Couple weeks ago I received a email from FEDLOAN saying that I haven't made any payments, right there and then I realized that I was paying a non existing "company" they are rude they don't answer your phone calls.

I was contacted via phone and personal email about a debt relief program for student loan forgiveness. I talked to a relief counseler then put on a conference call with the supervising specialist who then started asking me ab my personal information. He attempted to create a new password and user name for my fasfa and that's when I began feeling this must be some kind of scam. He asked for my social security number and instead asked him for the website address so I could research because I wasn't comfortable giving him that information. He gave me a website address called integra student services.com and when I initially went on to check it out it didn't exsist so I looked again the following day and there it was "new site integrastudentservices.com" I have yet to return or answer any calls coming from them because I didn't feel it was a legit company, though I really do want to find someone who can eventually find me some kind of relief from even a portion of the massive debt I've acquired from college. Integra said I could consolidate all my student loans down to one payment of $34.92 a month for the next 10 years and be completely debt free.
