I received a text and was advised I was being considered for employment. Was directed to download, Telegram App to communicate. I answered some screening/quiz questions. Then I was sent an Offer letter, which is never signed or returned and was told I would be receivinga check for office supplies. At which time, I decided it was sketchy and no longer engaged. Today a check for $3900 shows up. I msg the woman and she tells me to go to the bank and deposit the check, and provide proof. I said no, I will not. Then suddenly FedEx shows up saying they were advised to collect the check bc it was fraudulent, which is what I assumed. So i gave it back, messaged the woman saying so, and she disappeared and our conversation history was deleted.
