The call was made by a guy who sounded Hispanic and claimed to be a representative for the camp legend litigation. He talked about the process for qualifying for compensation. He new my address, email, medical records, and any illness I think could have that may be linked to my health issues. I signed forms on line with my signature and printed and I printed up copies for my self. They included my name, address, email, date of birth, last and phone number 4 of my SSN, I signed and initialed form that would release info in my health records. I will be calling the hospitals that I have info at asap. I was told that I will be getting a call from a lawyer next. The date was Friday September the 1st
