During the pandemic the company contacted me about helping me with the forgiveness driven program which we were already forgiven. But they claimed they do all the paper work and have access to all the information and that I wouldn't have to do anything. They also contact me at a certain time of the yr saying my time is near and have to reapply and they were charging me ACH from my bank account $49.00 monthly for their fee. No fee came out this month as it was declined by my bank. I have been paying $49. Monthly nearly 3 yrs now and my student loan have gone up from $12,000 to $15,000. Mohela is my survivor for my student loan. My loan increased and they weren't no help Education AdvisoryGroup. There a fraud scam company. I want my money back as that money could've went towards my student loan. I haven't received any kind of documents from them at all .
